# How to save a recipe from a website without the ads and life story

In Safari or any browser, tap Share and choose Saucepan on the recipe page. Saucepan saves the ingredients and steps as a clean recipe with no ads or pop-ups. You can also copy the link and paste it into Saucepan.

## Steps

1. Open the recipe page.
2. Tap **Share**, then **Saucepan**.
3. The recipe is saved with ingredients, steps, and the photo if there is one.

Your saved copy opens without the page. It works for most recipe sites. If one does not, copy the recipe text and paste it in.
