Set the sauce aside.4Step 4: Add one tablespoon of oil to a large pan and heat it on the stove over medium heat.5Step 5: Add the steak and sauté it until it is cooked through. A little pink is okay, but you'll want the steak mostly cooked through. This should take approximately 4 minutes.6Step 6: Remove the steak from the pan and set it aside.7Step 7: Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan, and add in the chopped broccoli, garlic, green onion, and water. Stir the ingredients well and allow them to cook for 2-3 minutes.8Step 8: Add the beef back in and stir until it is fully incorporated with the vegetables. Then, pour the sauce on top and mix until everything is coated well.9Step 9: Allow the beef and broccoli to cook in the sauce for about 5-6 minutes. Then, turn off the heat.10Step 10: Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.11Step 11: Serve it over rice and enjoy!getsaucepan.com/r/118697a1-2edf-4168-bed4-6db35781f9a0 · Original: https://kalejunkie.com/quick-and-easy-saucy-beef-broccoli/
