Let it sweat for about 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Add your rosemary. After 3 minutes, remove from heat.4Step 4: Core your cabbage, so that when you cook it, the leaves will fall off.5Step 5: Put your cabbage core down into a large pot. Cover it with water, then bring to a boil. Salt your water heavily (~2 tbsp).6Step 6: When the first leave starts to detach itself from the cabbage, remove it delicately using thongs.7Step 7: Wait for the second leave to detach itself, then remove it.8Step 8: Repeat this step until all the leaves have fallen off!9Step 9: To a mixing bowl, add your ground meat, your cooked rice, your cooked onion, your remaining salt and your pepper. Hand-mix until combined.10Step 10: Preheat your oven to 180°C.11Step 11: Place some of your holed or too small leaves on the bottom of a large rectangular baking dish.12Step 12: Choose a leave without holes and large enough. Slice off a part of the thick central vein; it will make it easier to roll.13Step 13: Insert some filling (from 1 and 1/2 tbsp to 2 and 1/2 depending on the size of the leave) towards the bottom part of the leave, then roll: start by folding the bottom, then the sides.14Step 14: Repeat the process until you run out of filling!15Step 15: Add your broth over your stuffed cabbages.16Step 16: Cover your filled baking dish with the remaining holed leaves, so that the rolls don't burn.17Step 17: Put your dish into the oven and let it cook for 45 minutes.18Step 18: While the stuffed cabbages cook, make your sauce!19Step 19: Add your butter to a medium saucepan, and allow it to melt on medium heat. Add your garlic, your tomato paste: let it sizzle for 1 to 2 minutes, careful not to let the garlic burn.20Step 20: Add the passata, the allspice berries, the peppercorns, the bay leaves, the stock and some salt. Let it simmer on low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes.21Step 21: After 45 minutes, remove your cabbages from the oven. Using thongs, place 3 small rolls, or 2 big, per plate.22Step 22: Add a generous amount of tomato sauce on top of the cabbages.getsaucepan.com/r/159267c7-8f23-4ddd-b111-a1a28f3871ad · Original: https://multicarbs.com/recipe/authentic-polish-golumpki-stuffed-cabbage/
