Bruschetta

1. 1Step 1: Get your baguette cut into thick slices.
2. 2Step 2: Rub olive oil on both sides of each bread slice and arrange them in a baking tray. Toast in the preheated oven at 180C for 7 minutes.
3. 3Step 3: Meanwhile, add the halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped onion, torn basil leaves, and finely chopped green chilies to a mixing bowl. Add salt, dried parsley, and 1 teaspoon olive oil. You can also add chili flakes. Mix and toss well.
4. 4Step 4: Take the toasted slices and spoon the prepared topping evenly onto each slice.
5. 5Step 5: Return to the oven and bake for 5-7 more minutes until the bread turns golden brown and the tomatoes wilt.
6. 6Step 6: Serve bruschetta warm with tea or any chilled drink.
