Tofu Pudding

1. 1Step 1: Making syrup: Add water, brown sugar, and a grain of ginger and boil it. Boil it until it has more ginger flavor.
2. 2Step 2: Add gelatin powder, starch, and soy milk and mix well. (Stir well for 1-2 minutes to melt well without lumps) Boil the remaining soy milk in a pot and when the soy milk gets hot, turn off the heat and mix with the dissolved gelatin + soy milk.
3. 3Step 3: If you leave it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, tofu pudding like soft tofu is complete!!
4. 4Step 4: It's a dessert that you pour the ginger syrup you prepared, and pour it enough to eat. (It's sweet if you put in a lot.)
