Agitate the beans with your fingers; the skins will float. Separate the skins by pouring through a sieve.4Step 4: Put the peeled (skinless) beans into a blender with the red pepper, habanero, and onion, and blend to the smoothest consistency possible.5Step 5: Combine the blended mixture with the remaining ingredients except the boiled eggs.6Step 6: Spray or brush the container you will use with oil. Pour the mixture into the container and place the boiled egg on top. Cover with a lid or seal with foil paper.7Step 7: Line the base of a large pot with foil paper, sticks, or leaves. Add enough water to the pot—just enough not to submerge the moi moi bowls—to prevent sticking if the water dries up before cooking is done.8Step 8: Arrange the moi moi in the pot and cook until done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the quantity in each container.9Step 9: To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the middle; it should come out fairly clean and not wet.10Step 10: Remove from heat and serve.getsaucepan.com/r/23a3e45f-5d8d-4319-84f0-dc5fc0a58fd3 · Original: https://cheflolaskitchen.com/make-moin-moin-moi-moi/
