Chicken Parmigiana

1. 1Step 1: Prepare the cutlets or chicken breasts cut in half and flattened with a rolling pin. Take 3 different bowls: add the flour to the first, the eggs to the second, and the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese to the third.
2. 2Step 2: Take a first cutlet and flour it, shake it off a little, then plunge it into the beaten egg mixture, and finally cover it with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. Repeat with the remaining cutlets.
3. 3Step 3: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the cutlets on both sides until golden brown, then transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
4. 4Step 4: Cover the cutlets with tomato sauce and grated mozzarella cheese.
5. 5Step 5: Grill in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is well browned.
