Gnocchi With Sage Butter

1. 1Step 1: Bring a pot of water to a boil then add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, about 2 minutes. Remove gnocchi from the water and set aside.
2. 2Step 2: Place butter in a pan over medium heat, letting it gently melt and brown.
3. 3Step 3: Turn the heat to medium-high and fry the sage leaves in the butter, then remove the leaves and set aside.
4. 4Step 4: Add the gnocchi to the hot butter in the pan and quickly sear them, turning to get all sides.
5. 5Step 5: Remove from heat and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
6. 6Step 6: Stir in the fried sage leaves and serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese.
