Polish Cucumber Salad {Mizeria}

1. 1Step 1: Wash the cucumber, then use a peeler to remove the skin. Cut into very thin slices, arrange on a plate, and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for about 5 minutes to draw out excess moisture. Pat dry with a paper towel and set aside.
2. 2Step 2: While the cucumbers sit, make the dressing by combining sour cream, vinegar, sugar, green onions, and dill. Whisk together and season with pepper to taste. Do not add salt at this time, as the cucumbers will have absorbed some.
3. 3Step 3: Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix to combine. Taste and add additional salt or pepper as desired. Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
