Passover Flourless Chocolate Cake

1. 1Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper on the bottom and grease the sides liberally.
2. 2Step 2: Using a double boiler or a large saucepan over low heat, melt the non-dairy butter substitute. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
3. 3Step 3: Sift in the cocoa powder and sugar. Whisk to completely combine.
4. 4Step 4: Add the beaten eggs and whisk until well blended.
5. 5Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes. The cake should be almost completely firm when done. Do not overcook.
6. 6Step 6: Allow the cake to cool in the springform pan on a wire rack. To remove from the pan, run a knife around the inside perimeter of the pan to ensure no part of the cake is sticking to the sides.
