Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

1. 1Step 1: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter, and egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until the flour is just incorporated; the batter should still be lumpy.
2. 2Step 2: Stir the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together to make the filling.
3. 3Step 3: Melt the butter and cream cheese together in the microwave, then stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla to make the glaze.
4. 4Step 4: Heat a griddle over medium heat and grease with butter if desired. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, then immediately spoon about a tablespoon of the cinnamon filling onto each in a circular motion from the center outward.
