Guacamole

1. 1Step 1: Cut the avocados in half lengthwise with a sharp knife, then twist the halves to separate them.
2. 2Step 2: Remove the pits with a knife or spoon and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
3. 3Step 3: Mash the avocado with a fork, the back of a spoon, or a potato masher until it reaches your desired consistency, chunky or smooth.
4. 4Step 4: Season with salt and black pepper if using.
5. 5Step 5: Gently mix in the tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cilantro with a spoon.
6. 6Step 6: Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt if necessary.
