Easy Swedish Pancakes

1. 1Step 1: In a medium bowl, beat eggs until well combined.
2. 2Step 2: Add the milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in the sifted flour until the batter is smooth and thin. For an extra-smooth batter, blend everything in a blender until combined.
3. 3Step 3: Heat more butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, or spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
4. 4Step 4: Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan. Tilt the pan immediately after pouring so the batter spreads thin and evenly. This gives the pancakes their delicate edges and helps them cook evenly.
5. 5Step 5: Cook the other side until golden, about 1 minute, then transfer to a plate. Repeat to make the remaining pancakes, stacking them with a piece of parchment paper between each one to keep them from sticking.
