Black and White Cookies

1. 1Step 1: Mix the butter into the liquid mixture until smooth and lump-free, resulting in a thick pound cake batter.
2. 2Step 2: Scoop the batter into dollops on a prepared baking sheet, using about 1/4 cup per cookie. An ice cream scoop helps for consistent shape.
