Keep the dough covered to prevent the dough from drying out.7Step 7: Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into a 10-inch diameter circle. Use a pastry brush and apply vegetable oil over the surface of the dough. Starting from the bottom edge roll the dough up into a tight rope.8Step 8: Coil the rope on itself like a snail. Set aside and shape the remaining dough balls.9Step 9: Gently press the coils flat and roll out with a rolling pin to 8 inches in diameter.10Step 10: Warm a griddle on medium heat.11Step 11: Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the griddle, swirl to coat the pan.
