Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.2Step 2: Trim the green beans. Cook them in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, then transfer them straight into a bowl of ice water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain.3Step 3: Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Cool them under cold water, peel and quarter them.4Step 4: Make the vinaigrette: finely chop the garlic (if using), then combine all the ingredients in a small jar. Close the lid and shake until the vinaigrette is well emulsified.5Step 5: In a separate dish, toss the potatoes and green beans with a little of the vinaigrette to give them flavor.6Step 6: On a large serving platter, arrange all the ingredients nicely, finishing with the drained tuna in the center. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little dill or parsley. When serving, pour the rest of the vinaigrette over the salad.getsaucepan.com/r/a9b0f7a8-aafe-4a14-a777-a19271469e3e · Original: https://lacuisinedegeraldine.fr/en/classic-french-nicoise-salad
