1. 1Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan.
2. 2Step 2: Blend 1 cup of corn, the eggs, and melted butter together until a coarse mixture forms. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of corn and pulse the mixture one or two more times. Leave many kernels whole.
3. 3Step 3: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
4. 4Step 4: Using a large spoon, combine the dry ingredients with the corn mixture until a thick mixture forms.
5. 5Step 5: Spoon into the loaf pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
