1 Step 1: Start by preparing the marinade in a shallow dish or bowl.2 Step 2: Butterfly the chicken breast into a thin large piece and use the back of a knife to gently flatten the meat.3 Step 3: Marinate the chicken for 15-20 minutes (there's no need to do this for longer as we're working with a thin piece of chicken that will marinate quickly).4 Step 4: Add an egg to the marinade/chicken and coat well. Transfer the chicken to a dish with the cornstarch and sweet potato flour mixture and coat completely before deep frying.5 Step 5: Immediately deep fry after coating with flour to keep the chicken crisp. Deep fry for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and done.6 Step 6: Transfer the cooked chicken to a wire rack for cooling, then immediately sprinkle with the seasoning spices (to taste).getsaucepan.com/r/b9cfe7c9-6f41-4eb4-b5fa-fd61679ce61d · Original: https://www.angelwongskitchen.com/taiwanesefriedchickenjipai.html
