Cook until the meat is well done, taste, and adjust the seasonings.3Step 3: For the cheese sauce, heat the heavy cream over low heat until lukewarm, then add the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Let them melt completely.4Step 4: Let the cheeses melt well, then dice the tomato and avocado.5Step 5: In a baking dish, place the tortilla chips on the bottom and then cover with the other ingredients. I like cheese sauce, meat, tomato, avocado, and cilantro, but the most common way is to pour the cheese sauce over everything at the end. It’s a matter of personal taste. I also added more cheese on top and after everything was melted I also added a generous dollop of sour cream, guacamole and olives, but that’s totally optional.getsaucepan.com/r/c12610c7-8410-47e6-b8d8-7192fcbedde5 · Original: https://bakeafter.com/recipe/appetizer/tex-mex-style-spicy-loaded-nachos-with-guacamole-and-creamy-cheese/
