Classic Passover Macaroons

1. 1Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2Step 2: Stir together the condensed milk, egg white, vanilla, orange extract and salt in a medium bowl until well combined.
3. 3Step 3: Fold in the coconut, followed by the chocolate chips. Drop tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
4. 4Step 4: Bake until cookies are lightly brown, 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool, then peel cookies from parchment.
