1. 1Step 1: Roast the besan in a pan over medium flame, stirring constantly, until it turns deep golden brown in color.

4. 4Step 4: Powder the sugar with cardamom and add it to the roasted flour in a mixing bowl.

6. 6Step 6: Mix well with a spatula, and when the mixture is warm enough to handle, shape it into ladoos.
