This weight will determine the amount of milk and flour needed. Whisk the eggs until smooth.2Step 2: Add the same weight of semi-skimmed milk and whisk again.3Step 3: Add the same weight of plain flour along with a pinch of salt and the optional English mustard.4Step 4: Whisk until everything is fully incorporated. For a quicker, lump-free batter, use a hand blender.5Step 5: Transfer the batter to the fridge and let it rest for at least 4 hours; overnight resting gives the best texture and rise.6Step 6: Preheat the oven to 200°C fan / 220°C conventional.7Step 7: Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or beef dripping into each muffin tin hole.8Step 8: Place the muffin tin into a hot oven and preheat it for at least 20 minutes, allowing the oil or dripping to become piping hot.9Step 9: Remove the batter from the fridge just before using it. Give it a quick whisk to recombine.10Step 10: Carefully pour the batter into the piping-hot tin, filling each muffin hole to about 40%. Avoid overfilling.11Step 11: Immediately return the tin to the oven and bake for at least 18 minutes. Do not open the oven door during this time.12Step 12: For a crispier base, quickly flip each Yorkshire pudding after the initial bake and return them to the oven for an additional 2 minutes.13Step 13: Serve straight away with hot gravy as part of your Christmas dinner.getsaucepan.com/r/eb0310bd-5329-4f04-9a9b-455f1ed4ad69 · Original: https://seasoncookshop.co.uk/blogs/guidance-inspiration/christmas-dinner-essentials-the-ultimate-yorkshire-pudding-recipe
