Place a large baking sheet covered with foil on the lowest rack in the oven to catch any drips from the cobbler.2Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the peaches and lemon juice, then add the remaining filling ingredients. Stir to coat and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.3Step 3: Bake the peach mixture for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the dry topping ingredients and whisk. Toss the grated butter into the flour mixture, then stir in the boiling water just until combined, leaving lumps of butter.4Step 4: Remove the peaches from the oven and drop the topping over them in spoonfuls. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar topping. Bake until the crust is golden and a toothpick inserted into the crust comes out clean, about 28 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.5Step 5: Freezer directions: The peach filling can be prepared and frozen in advance. Combine the filling ingredients in a large ziploc bag, press out the air, and freeze flat. When ready to bake, thaw in the refrigerator, pour into the baking dish, and proceed with the recipe.getsaucepan.com/r/f0e8e386-a333-4fda-9e06-95afb37d9b8e · Original: https://barefeetinthekitchen.com/southern-peach-cobbler/
