1. 1Step 1: Mix the flour with half of the milk and beat until smooth. Then add the rest of the milk.
2. 2Step 2: Add eggs and salt, beat until everything is mixed.
3. 3Step 3: Peel the potatoes and then grate them finely.
4. 4Step 4: Squeeze most of the water out of the grated potatoes and then mix it into the rest of the batter.
5. 5Step 5: Fry in butter like regular pancakes. This recipe yields about 8 raggmunks.
6. 6Step 6: Cook the pork in the oven, 200°C until done (about 20 minutes). I usually do this while frying the raggmunks on the stove.
7. 7Step 7: Grate the carrot finely (or cut into smaller sticks).
8. 8Step 8: Add a small dollop of raw lingonberries.
