1. 1Step 1: Break the bread into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl with the milk.
2. 2Step 2: Place the garlic, onion, oregano, sea salt, and pepper in a blender and mix until blended and the onion is finely chopped.
3. 3Step 3: Add the onion mixture to the bowl with the milk and bread.
4. 4Step 4: Add the ground lamb to the bowl.
5. 5Step 5: Add the eggs to the bowl and mix everything together (use your hands).
6. 6Step 6: Place the flour on a plate large enough to roll the meatballs.
7. 7Step 7: Roll the meat mixture into tiny balls.
8. 8Step 8: Roll each ball in the flour, coating the entire meatball, and shake off excess.
9. 9Step 9: Flatten each ball a bit to form a meat patty.
10. 10Step 10: Heat a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.
11. 11Step 11: Add the meatballs and cook for around 7 minutes, turning every few minutes, until they reach a nice brown color (no pink in the middle – 160°F internal temperature).
12. 12Step 12: Remove from the oil and let sit on paper towels. Pat dry.
13. 13Step 13: Serve the meatballs along with some tzatziki and bread.
