ReciMe, Paprika, Crouton, Pestle, Mealime, Samsung Food, Mela, AnyList, Plan to Eat, Copy Me That, Recipe Keeper, Cooklist, Umami, BigOven, Pepperplate, Apple Notes, Notion, Yummly, NYT Cooking, Allrecipes, Tasty, Kitchen Stories, SideChef, Cookpad, SuperCook, Eat This Much and Pinterest: no ChatGPT, Claude or MCP connector on their own pages or listings.

People have built their own MCP servers for Paprika, Mela and AnyList. These are community projects, not made by the app makers.

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an assistant like ChatGPT or Claude use tools from another app. A recipe app’s MCP server is what lets the assistant search your recipes or add to your grocery list.
