Questions

Which diets and allergies can I set in Saucepan?

Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, kosher, halal, gluten-free, dairy-free, no pork and no alcohol. Common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts and eggs, are separate. Allergy flags are free.

Is a flag a guarantee?

No. A flag is a guide from the ingredients in the recipe. It cannot see certification, cross-contact or how a packaged food was made. Always check labels.

Does Saucepan give medical or religious advice?

No. For an allergy, coeliac disease or any medical condition, ask your doctor. For kosher or halal practice, follow your religious authority.

Can I set more than one diet?

Yes. You set diets and allergies for each person you cook for, and Saucepan checks a recipe against everyone in your household.
