1 Step 1: Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan, then add the Thai tea mix and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and steep, covered, for 4 to 5 minutes more.2 Step 2: Strain the hot tea through a fine mesh strainer, tea sock or cheesecloth into a heatproof pitcher, discarding the leaves. Stir in the sugar while the tea is hot until fully dissolved, and taste; it should be sweeter than you would drink it hot.3 Step 3: Cool the sweetened tea to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.4 Step 4: Stir the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk into the cold tea until fully blended and an even deep orange.5 Step 5: Fill tall glasses with ice almost to the top, pour the tea over, and finish each glass with a splash of evaporated milk. Serve with a straw and stir before drinking.getsaucepan.com/r/03c88c33-937b-5788-bec1-987500ebfe6d
